Bing G. Spitler, M.ED, SPHR
Bing Spitler has successfully served in a number of corporate assignments over his varied business career including sales, sales training, management and Human Resources with two Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Spitler, a sales leader and training manager, has conducted hundreds of training programs for managers and salespeople throughout the United States and Canada. Bing managed two major corporate employment offices, which accounted for the employment of thousands of hourly, professional and executive level employees on an annual basis. He has led two successful corporate EEOC employment audits and has led major human resource initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, job mapping projects, executive recruiting, sales force automation, customer service centers, and community projects. His most recent position, Director of Employment, was with one of the largest banks in the Midwest. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Ball State University, a Master of Education degree from Pennsylvania State University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management.
Mr. Spitler is the author of the Civil War biography, Hero of the Republic.
